Welcome to my page of cakes. I've been baking since I was about 9 or 10.  My sister LOVES everything I bake, and asked me to bake the groom's cake for her wedding.  I then decided I wanted to master getting cakes to look as good as they taste just for her.  It's a great hobby, and I bake cakes for friends and family.


 I have completed the Wilton courses (I, II, and III).  I am also a moderator for the Cake Mix Doctor Community boards.  A recipe of mine, "Jessica's Caramel Chocolate Brownies", appears in Anne Byrn's Chocolate from the Cake Mix Doctor book.
